1. Acknowledgement of Risk
I acknowledge that participation in motorcycle and trike riding experiences involves inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury or death. I voluntarily choose to participate in a joyride or tour operated by Harley Davidson Try Tours & Joyrides and Harley Davidson Trike Tours Melbourne, and I accept full responsibility for my participation.
2. Health & Fitness Declaration
I declare that:
- I am 18 years of age or older
- I am physically fit and capable of safely participating in a motorcycle or trike ride
- I do not suffer from any medical condition that could affect my safety during the experience
- I am not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that may impair judgement or balance
- I am not pregnant
3. Safety Compliance
I agree to:
- Wear all required and provided safety equipment, including an approved helmet
- Follow all instructions provided by the rider or tour operator at all times
- Behave responsibly and not interfere with the safe operation of the motorcycle or trike
I understand that failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the ride.
4. Assumption of Liability
I agree that I participate entirely at my own risk and release Harley Davidson Try Tours & Joyrides and Harley Davidson Trike Tours Melbourne, including their operators, riders, employees, and associates, from any liability for injury, loss, or damage, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
5. Personal Belongings
I understand that personal belongings are carried at my own risk and the business accepts no responsibility for loss or damage.
6. Photography & Media Consent
I consent to photographs or video footage taken during the ride being used for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes by the business.
